   •    All hair extensions are final sale, exchange only on unopened hair. 
   •     Essentials by her tape in extensions are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application and the extensions will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that this product lasts and works properly.  Essentials by her will not refund any orders for issues with slipping. 
   •     Essentials by her will only speak with professional hairstylists with valid cosmetology license for all issues regarding slipping.

By placing an order at Essentials by her , you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Essentials by her for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Essentials by her as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to  Essentials by her and will not be shared. 
Payment
All products remain to Essentials by her property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from  Essentials by her.
All transfers conducted through Essentials by her are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company, Essentials by her. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
 
Return & Exchange Policy: ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, EXCHANGE ONLY.
All Essentials by her extensions come sealed. Once opened, the hair cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broke, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color 
Absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible.
We will gladly accept any exchanges within the 30-day purchase period, provided the item has not been used or opened. No exchanges, No exceptions. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or opened because it is a real human hair product. Once this sticker has been opened the hair is considered used.
   •    All items must be returned in their original packaging.
   •    All hair care items are final sale.
   •    30-day return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.
   •    Essentials by her assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise.
   •    You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
   •    Allow up to 2-3 weeks for the credit to be issued.
This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products.  Essentials by her will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Essentials by her products at their own risk.  Essentials by her will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed. 

 
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
All Shipments are FOB Salt Lake City, Utah. We cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers. We will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services but are not responsible for such deficiencies. 
 
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.  Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information to use for future disputes. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms of Use.

 

PAYMENT
All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed. 
 
Exclusions and Limitations

DELIVERY OF ITEMS
It may take 1 business day to process your order.  Essentials by her does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking.  We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes will be applied at checkout to the final order. Essentials by her is not responsible for any orders placed without a discount code entered at checkout. Discount codes cannot be stacked; there is one discount code per order. 

 

COLORS
It is advised that you use a color ring to select your colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be exactly the same of the color of the hair

IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL.
